Get ahead of the game with Nicola Fenton: discover remedies that can be made using plants from your vegetable patch, garden and hedgerows to treat common Christmas ailments, such as over-indulgence, colds, flu and more. In this workshop you'll:

• Learn their medicinal qualities and how to harvest and prepare them to support your health and wellbeing.
• Taste various plants in various forms.
• Leave empowered, knowledgeable and confident to use plants to treat common ailments.
