Rosa 'Nye Bevan' is an English Rose bearing unusual open-cupped blooms of pale yellow, fading to cream. The scallop-edged petals are gathered around a central cluster of golden stamens, making for a soft, airy look. There’s a spectacular first burst of flowers, which contrast well against the mid-green, semi-glossy leaves.
It forms a healthy, medium-sized upright shrub with a light myrrh scent. The hips should be removed to promote repeat blooming.
Summer-autumn flowering. Will grow in sun or partial shade in most soils. English Shrub Rose. Height & spread: 110 x 75cm (3.5 x 2.5ft).

As perishable goods, live plants cannot be returned.

Peat-free plant
This plant has been grown in peat-free compost. The compost we use at Barnsdale Gardens is mainly wood-based, mixed with some coir, with an eight to nine months slow-release fertiliser added. We have been using this compost to pot all the plants we grow for over ten years.
