Rosa ‘Geoff Hamilton’ is a beautifully fragrant English shrub rose, named in honour of Barnsdale Garden’s founder and much-loved BBC Gardeners’ World presenter. Large, cupped blooms open soft blush pink, paling elegantly towards the outer petals and are produced in generous flushes from early summer through to autumn. The flowers carry a strong, classic old-rose fragrance and are set against healthy, dark green foliage.

Reliable and easy to grow, this well-shaped rose is ideal for mixed borders, cottage gardens, containers and cutting, performing superbly in UK conditions. Perfect for mixed borders, cottage gardens and containers.

June to October flowering. Best in a sunny and moisture retentive position. Height & spread: 150cm x 120cm (5' x 4').

As perishable goods, live plants cannot be returned.

Peat-free plant

This plant has been grown in peat-free compost. The compost we use at Barnsdale Gardens is mainly wood-based, mixed with some coir, with an eight to nine months slow-release fertiliser added. We have been using this compost to pot all the plants we grow for over ten years.
