Don’t be fooled by the name—there is nothing scary about this delightful dwarf shrub. Hydrangea paniculata 'Little Spooky' is a compact powerhouse, delivering all the impact of larger varieties in a fraction of the space. From mid-summer into autumn, it is smothered in abundant, cone-shaped flower heads that open with a fresh apple-green tint before maturing to creamy white.
Growing to just 50cm tall, its neat, bushy habit makes it ideal for patio containers or low hedging. Fully hardy and easy to grow, this robust shrub provides a long-lasting and elegant display.
July-October flowering. Will grow in sun or semi-shade and a moisture-retentive, well-drained soil. 50cm x 40cm (20" x 18").

As perishable goods, live plants cannot be returned.

Peat-free plant
This plant has been grown in peat-free compost. The compost we use at Barnsdale Gardens is mainly wood-based, mixed with some coir, with an eight to nine months slow-release fertiliser added. We have been using this compost to pot all the plants we grow for over ten years.
