A charming and softer twist on the classic Mexican Fleabane, Erigeron karvinskianus 'Lavender Lady' is a versatile perennial favourite. It forms a low, tumbling mound of wiry stems and small green leaves, making it perfect for softening hard edges, creeping into wall crevices, or cascading from patio containers.
From late spring right through to the first frosts, the plant is smothered in a profusion of daisy-like blooms. Unlike the species, these flowers open a lovely shade of soft lavender-pink with sunny yellow centres. Drought-tolerant and thriving in full sun with well-drained soil, it is a magnet for bees and butterflies.
May-October flowering. Drought tolerant. Best in a sunny and well drained position. Height & spread: 30cm x 100cm (12" x 39").

As perishable goods, live plants cannot be returned.

Peat-free plant
This plant has been grown in peat-free compost. The compost we use at Barnsdale Gardens is mainly wood-based, mixed with some coir, with an eight to nine months slow-release fertiliser added. We have been using this compost to pot all the plants we grow for over ten years.
