A graceful and architectural ornamental grass, Deschampsia cespitosa 'Bronzeschleier' is a favourite for adding movement and light to the garden. It forms a neat mound of narrow, dark green, evergreen foliage from which tall, arching stems arise in mid-summer. These stems bear huge, airy panicles of cloud-like flowers that emerge bronze-green before maturing to a shimmering, golden-bronze veil.
Exceptionally hardy and reliable, this versatile grass catches the low morning and evening light beautifully. It thrives in sun or partial shade, making it perfect for prairie-style planting schemes, mixed borders, or wildlife gardens.
Summer flowering. Evergreen grass. Will grow in sun or semi-shade in a moist, well-drained, neutral to acid soil. Height & spread: 75cm x 75cm (2.5' x 2.5').

As perishable goods, live plants cannot be returned.
