Clematis ‘Mrs Cholmondeley’ is a beautifully refined climber, with large, softly radiant lavender-blue blooms that appear from late spring into summer. Each flower, up to 20cm across, features delicate veining and striking white-and-chocolate stamens for added elegance.
Ideal for training over trellises, arches, or garden walls, it brings graceful vertical interest to any UK garden. Reliable and easy to grow, it will often reward a light prune with a second flush of flowers later in the season.
May-September flowering. Deciduous climber. Will grow in sun or semi-shade in most garden soils. Height & spread: 3m-0.9m (10'-3').
