An exceptionally tough and architectural evergreen, Brachyglottis 'Drysdale' is a versatile shrub with striking silver-grey foliage. Its felted, scalloped leaves provide year-round structure and a luminous quality to the garden, particularly in coastal or sunny, exposed sites.
During the summer months, it produces a cheerful display of daisy-like, golden-yellow flowers that contrast beautifully against the metallic sheen of the foliage.
This compact, bushy variety is remarkably drought-tolerant once established, making it an excellent choice for low-maintenance borders, gravel gardens, or as a wind-tolerant hedging plant.
June-August flowering. Evergreen. Grows best in full sun and well drained position. Height & spread: 60cm x 60cm (24" x 24").
