Discover the delicate beauty of the garden as it awakens from winter on this inspiring two-day botanical painting workshop with acclaimed botanical artist Dawn Wright, Fellow of the UK's Society of Botanical Artists.
Working from carefully selected late winter flowers and emerging spring growth, you'll learn how to capture subtle colour, intricate detail and the unique character of each plant using botanical watercolour techniques. Whether you're developing existing skills or exploring botanical art for the first time, Dawn's friendly and encouraging teaching style will help you build confidence throughout the workshop.
With the peaceful surroundings of Barnsdale Gardens providing inspiration at every turn, you'll leave with new techniques, greater confidence and a beautiful botanical painting to take home.
Price includes the two day workshop, tea/coffee, cream tea on one day and entry to the Gardens.
