Although this compact plant produces many small pale yellow flowers early in the season, followed later by small red berries, it's really grown for its gorgeous foliage. The leaves emerge a lovely, fresh, golden-yellow colour with a faint red edge to each leaf. They remain golden-yellow throughout the season and then in autumn take on fantastic coppery-orange to red colours before dropping.
Late spring-early summer flowering. Will grow in sun or semi-shade in most garden soils. 1.2m x 1m (48" x 40").
