Leucanthemum x superbum 'Alaska' is a classic herbaceous perennial that brings timeless elegance to any border. This reliable Shasta Daisy produces an abundance of large, pure white blooms with bright golden centres from early summer to early autumn, rising on sturdy stems above a dense rosette of glossy, dark green foliage.

Fully hardy and easy to grow, it's an excellent choice for cottage gardens, cutting gardens and wildlife-friendly planting schemes. It attracts bees and butterflies and is perfect for bridging the summer border.

June through to September flowering. Best in a sunny position in well-drained soil. Height & spread: 90cm x 90cm (36" x 36").

As perishable goods, live plants cannot be returned.

Peat-free plant

This plant has been grown in peat-free compost. The compost we use at Barnsdale Gardens is mainly wood-based, mixed with some coir, with an eight to nine months slow-release fertiliser added. We have been using this compost to pot all the plants we grow for over ten years.
